The integrated loyalty offering is a free solution that every FasTrax POS user can utilize, providing an easy way to provide loyalty incentives to customers in the form of a loyalty points per dollar or points per item campaign. The enhanced loyalty offering is a premium module that extends upon the integrated adding reporting, multiple campaigns types, multiple simultaneous campaigns, multiple balance types, raffles, and much more.

Yes! The manufacturer incentive loyalty programs work with both loyalty modules.

All sales data, including loyalty customers, balances, and history is kept locally on a server that the main FasTrax database is on.

Adding loyalty customers is a very simple process that anyone can do. Simply press a button on the POS and scan a drivers’ license to automatically populate names, addresses, etc into the database. Customers can also be manually added via both Director and POS.

Yes, once a customer is added at 1 store, they can be looked up at any other store, along with their previous transactions.

If they are eligible for a coupon, it simply prints from the receipt printer.

Each loyalty coupon has a scannable bar code, so the coupon itself is simply scanned on the transaction that the customer wishes to redeem it on.
